It can be adapted to use any meat or cooked veggies you have in the fridge. You can also make this in individual muffin tins for snacks or party food. Ignore the 'cost' bit above - It costs less than a pound (2 US dollars) I calculate.

Pau's Induction-legal Breakfast Mini-quiches
