Base: Bread Approximate Cost: $0.87

Difficulty: Easy This recipe can be adapted to make cake/buns by adding sweetener or sugarfree syrups and fruit/spices. It can also be used with the addition of savoury seasonings to make bases for lowcarb pizzas if poured into a flat wide dish. After microwaveing turn out onto an oven pizza plate and add toppings and grill or bake till done. Induction 'legal' if you need to use flax to help regulate constipation. Just make sure to eat only one or two tablespons of flax seeds worth of this a day and drink plenty of water. Ignore the 'cost' section above - it is rubbish!!
