Difficulty: Easy You can use any flavour of sugarfree syrup for these (or use granulated splenda) - and once you reach the berries rung add berries of your choice too. Induction 'legal' if you need to use flax to help regulate constipation. Just make sure to eat only one or two tablespons of flax seeds worth of this a day and drink plenty of water. Ignore the 'cost' section above - it is rubbish!!
