Ingredients:
56 Gram(s) (2 ounces) melted butter
4 Tablespoon_m(s) (1 ounce weight) vital wheat gluten/wheat gluten powder
8 Tablespoon_m(s) (flat tbs seeds ground to flour) Flax Seeds
2 Teaspoon_m(s) flat teaspoons baking powder
1 Pinch(s) salt
5 medium egg
8 Tablespoon_m(s) cold water
Directions:
Mix thoroughly and put into a loaf tin

Bake for approx 45 minutes at 150 degrees C/300 degrees F till browned and firm to the touch.

Remove from oven and allow to cool before tipping out onto a rack (it tends to sag if turned out while still hot).

Makes a 20 ounce loaf (approx 16-20 slices)

With my ingredients fitday.com calculates the numbers for the whole loaf as:
