Directions:
Mix thoroughly and put into a loaf tin
Bake for approx 45 minutes at 150 degrees C/300 degrees F till browned and firm to the touch.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before tipping out onto a rack (it tends to sag if turned out while still hot).
Makes a 20 ounce loaf (approx 16-20 slices)
