Directions:
Fry Bacon in frying pan til crisp
Remove bacon
Keep grease in frying pan

Saute minced garlic in bacon fat, add some olive oil if there isn't much bacon fat.

Clean shrimp and de-vein
Slice mushrooms in large pieces

Reheat bacon grease/olive oil and throw in cleaned shrimp with sauted garlic, cook for 4 minutes on each side- actually depends on the size of your shrimp
When you turn the shrimp to cook the other side, toss in the sliced mushrooms to cook them a bit.

Serve on plate with slices of lemon if desired.
Serve with side salad of veggies! Great meal!
