You can add any chopped cooked vegetables to these if you want too! Induction 'legal' as long as you stick to the 'legal' amount of cream and cheese allowed for one day. Ignore the 'cost' section above - it is rubbish!! |

 | Ingredients: 3 egg 70 Gram(s) heavy cream 100 Gram(s) cream cheese 50 Gram(s) cooked bacon 50 Gram(s) Edam cheese 1 Pinch(s) salt |
Directions:
Whip the whites and keep in the fridge.
Mix the yolks with the soft cheese, the cream, salt, grated edam cheese and minced bacon
(I first fried it in a pan without oil).
Mix carefully the mixture with the whites.
Bake in oven, 20 minutes, 190ºC (374ºF)
